We are an independent authorized retailer. Our job is to make the comparison honest and understandable — not to sell you the largest package we can.
What an independent authorized retailer is
ByteSync Technologies LLC is a US company based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We assist consumers and small businesses in comparing residential and commercial internet, television and home phone services from participating providers, and we help with the enrollment process when a customer chooses to move forward.
We do not own, build, or operate any telecommunications network. We do not set prices, promotions, equipment policies, contract terms or eligibility requirements — every one of those is determined by the provider. When you enroll, the service agreement is between you and that provider, on their published terms.
How we are compensated
We are paid by participating providers when a customer we assist enrolls in service. We do not charge consumers a fee for comparison assistance or for enrollment help. Because compensation arrangements differ between providers, we publish this plainly rather than leaving it implied: you should weigh our guidance knowing how we are paid, and you should always verify final terms directly with the provider before you commit.
We do not present a provider as the only option when others serve your address, and we do not represent our compensation arrangements as an endorsement, certification, or ranking.
The limits of what we can do
- We cannot access, modify, or troubleshoot an existing provider account
- We cannot guarantee availability, speeds, pricing, or eligibility
- We cannot override a provider's installation timeline or credit policy
- We cannot offer service where a provider does not serve your address
For anything relating to an active account — billing, outages, equipment returns, cancellations — the provider is the correct point of contact.
